Here is a step by step tutorial on how to reach the OED Pronunciation Table if you are a CSUN student.
Step 1. Open your browser of choice and go to http://library.csun.edu
Step 2: Click on “Databases A-Z”
Step 3: Click “O” to jump to the entries that start with the letter “O”
Step 4: Click on “Oxford English Dictionary”
Step 5: On the bottom of the page, click on “Key to the pronunciation”
