As if the recording trouble with audacity wasn’t bad enough, its 12:51am, I’ve still gotta do post production, I’ve still gotta make the intro and the outro, and I’ve still gotta make the blog post and make sure feedburner gets the update.
Fuck.
I’ve also come to the realization that I need a mixer and a decent mike. I’m considering either this or this.
I think I might opt for the firewire one, because its got a seemingly better mike and a bigger mixer. Although the $99 one might be better for my wallet. I dunno. Someone help me out here!!
Heyo! Wow, its been a while, hasn’t it? A lots been going on and I really felt like putting it down on paper, figuratively speaking.
Well, I getting things together for my Anime Podcast. Looks like Viga wont be able to make it, which is sad but maybe I’ll get her later on. The plus side of all this is that she recommended to me a really good anime called “Genshiken”. Its about a really geeky otaku club going through their hijinks and all that. But the cool thing about it is that I can really relate to them. Wierd eh? Well, Probably not. I’m pretty otaku my self but its cool all the same. Hopefully I can get Viga on the podcast sometime to do a joint review of the show. She really likes it so it’ll probably turn out awesome.
I took a nice screen shot of the dual monitor setup I’ve been using this past couple of days. Mostly I’ve been using the second monitor as a Winamp-only screen. Its quite convenient actually. Other than that it serves as a dedicated screen to watch anime on. Sure, the colors are a bit off, but you get used to it.
I’ve been trying to get my stuff together and publish my cd via cafepress, but the tray art is giving me a hard time. Aside from that I’ve been working on a new track and I’ve decided to upload it here for anyone who wants to listen. It’s a loopable track that has a nice rainy background to it.
Oh, did I ever mention? My next cd is gonna have a theme to it! Soundscapes. You know, like the sounds of the world and all that.

I’ve been neglecting this blog for a while now. I know youtube videos count as posts, but really, they dont.
But I’ve been keeping busy. I was in California for almost all of March, I’m an official student of CSUN, and now I’m starting a podcast. It’s called “Anime Exodus” and It’s probably gonna be two or three times a week. I’m hoping I can get Viga and maybe Rym on the inaugural episode.
